A Brief Reminder About Bilocation

The process of achieving bilocation might use creative visualizations and/or meditations but the actual function of bilocation is purely an extension from your physical body utilizing your physical feelings to maintain a position in your present location plus the location to which you are bilocating.

It is something that is physical.

Fine Points About Disentanglement

Sometimes you will have a difficult time with your Disentanglement because you may have feelings around this or that situation or person, for example.

In that case I recommend you do the following as I have recently written to a friend who asked about it. The question was in regard to the list that one makes for Disentanglement and asks to be disentangled from this or that person, place or situation especially when dealing with things about which one might have very strong feelings.

Here is my response:

I recommend that when you do your Disentanglement that you do only one at a time and to do this Disentanglement once a day only.

Don't go on to the next one in your Disentanglement list until you can say the name of that one you have been doing in your daily Disentanglement and feel relaxed in your chest and solar plexus. Remember when you say the name of that one, to check and see how you feel in your physical body, to do this at least 4 to 6 hours after you have done your Disentanglement.

The reason I recommend now for you to do only one at a time is because things can be more challenging when we have strong feelings about someone or something.
